- Performing full-cycle bookkeeping duties with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills in a professional team environment.
- Reconciling monthly bank statements.
- Preparing payroll calculation, WSIB, ROE, T4/T4A, T5 filings.
- Preparing financial statements, GST/HST returns, T1 and T2 tax returns and other statistical, financial and accounting reports for review by senior team members.
- Correspondence and/or communication with clients and the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Other projects and assignments as required.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- High attention to detail complemented by strong analytical, organizational and planning skills with prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities to meet deadlines.

Experience:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Director in all marketing and operational activities.
- Coordinating and executing campaign design, edits and implementation, measuring and sharing campaign results across multiple social media platforms to drive continual improvement.
- Designing, updating and managing the content of all social media platforms including PowerPoint, website accounts, WeChat, etc.
- Attending all media events with the Senior Director as required.
- Managing phone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image, to receive visitors for office meetings, answering and managing incoming calls and coordinating deliveries.
- Involving more operational / admin-related / business development-related tasks.

Job Qualifications:
- Basic Photoshop, video filming, and editing skills.
